It took us over 45 minutes to check in after 7pm!! They were unprofessional, short and rude. Motel 6 across the street is nicer and cleaner for only $375 a week!!!!!!… The place is not family-friendly and I would NEVER recommend anyone staying there. Yeah that's something but not for the amount you pay to stay there. Their breakfast is packaged Danish and juice. Their prices are ridiculous for dealing with all of their bs!!!! FYI. We paid almost $600 A week for 6 weeks thinking it may get better but it just got worse. All of the workers at Motel 6 are kind and helpful. I highly suggest motel 6 across the street. They also charge $10 per pet per day and will add on extra charges for dumb reasons no matter how much of a great guest you are. Also if you don't let them clean the room early in the morning they charge you $25. She is EXTREMELY rude!!!!! You pay too much here to deal with roaches and rude personnel. their biggest downfall is their front desk woman by the name of Jessica. It's not safe for the children to walk around the area!!!!! Besides the roaches. And many arguments happening in rooms and hallways between drug addicts. There was people constantly using drugs in the hallways and behind the dumpster.
We literally found a roach in our bathroom the size of a baby mouse. I left my soup on the counter to use the bathroom and when I came back there was 5 roaches in it. The rooms seem nice at first until you wake up to roaches everywhere.
